Sarah's Slimming World Diary!

Been good today.

B: 2 x Activia yoghurts, banana and raspberries
L: 2 x Alpen Light (HExB), 2 x apples, wotsits (6 syns)
D: chicken, sweet potato, spread (2 syns), cheese (HExB), beans

I've enough left for a lolly so may have that.

Spent the day in the library. Then a muller yoghurt split in my bag and got right in my laptop so spent an hour cleaning that - seems ok but worried its going to smell as I can't reach it all!

Tomorrow is wi. I know I've not done well. I just need 1.5 off to meet my club ten and as I missed last weeks, I should have made it - but sure I won't. My own fault.

Will try to be sensible with food and hopefully maintain.
 
Well I've had my first gain. 2lb on. I probably deserved to put on more if I'm honest.

I've got a week before I go to Disney and so ill miss my next weigh in. Gonna be so hard to be good with dissertation stressing me out, Easter, Disney and my boyfriend coming to stay, So ill just try to make good choices where I can. I think I will ind it hard to control food so will try to exercise more. Lots of walking at Disney, Zumba, walks.
 
Like you said, it's your first gain so that's still pretty impressive!
 
Such a shame about the gain Hun, try to look at the long game, how much you've lost so far, and if you hadn't started SW you might have even gained weight Hun. Bet your excited about Disney? X

Is a shame but I knew it was coming. Need to get back to being 100%, but so hard with things coming up!

Yep, Disney is so exciting! Really can't wait!
 
I've made lunch for tomorrow, I'm all prepared. Going to try to have minimal syns for the week. I'm pretty rubbish at that though!

B: yoghurt, strawberries, banana, Alpen light (1/2 HExB)
L: cous cous, chicken, cheese (HExA), Alpen light (1/2 HExB), banana, strawberries
D: jacket potato, beans, chicken, mushrooms, spread (2 syns)
E: Zumba

Wednesday and Thursday will be similar. Zumba isn't on on Thursday night which is a shame. I'm heading home on Thursday night so will see if mum can plan something slimming world friendly.

Friday ill be with dave but think we are going for a walk or cycle so I should be ok. Will be sensible with food. There is a butchers at home that does syn free sausages so will try to get them.

Saturday will be similar - hopefully some exercise and good food. Meal out on Saturday night, not sure where yet though. Will try to choose before I go.

Sunday will be a nightmare. Lunch at my grandparents and a meal out with dad. And Easter eggs! Have asked for none but know ill still get them.

Monday I'm off to Disney! Going to take Alpen lights. Maybe some mugshots too. Not sure what else I can take with me. Will make sure I have plenty of fruit out there. Mum is pretty sympathetic to the plan so I know she will try for me :)

Will do lots of walking and even when we get back to the chalet I may go for another 30 min walk. If I'm not too tired!

When I get back home ill only be home for a day before coming back to uni. Will have to see if dave can take me to Asda so I can stock up. Then he is staying Sunday to Thursday so ill have to come up with some slimming world meals!

Sorry to bore you all... This is almost a note to myself!!
 
It's nice to hear what's going on with Hun. Lol. Do you like supernoodles? They might be a good snacky food to take or mug shots? It's good that your mums supportive, it makes it so much easier when people around you are behind you. I'm sure you'll be fine Hun, sounds like you've really got your SW head back on, and your planning, so I'm sure you won't fail :) x

Hi everyone!

Im back and weighed in today and maintained! So happy with that - ate a lot of chocolate and had the week in Disney so thought I would put on.

Ate ok at Disney - think it was the walking that helped. My aunts pedometer said we walked at least 7 miles a day!

Hope everyone had a great Easter.

I'm out to Frankie and Bennys tonight and then back on SW properly as from tomorrow when I'm back to work and in a routine!
