I've made lunch for tomorrow, I'm all prepared. Going to try to have minimal syns for the week. I'm pretty rubbish at that though!
B: yoghurt, strawberries, banana, Alpen light (1/2 HExB)
L: cous cous, chicken, cheese (HExA), Alpen light (1/2 HExB), banana, strawberries
D: jacket potato, beans, chicken, mushrooms, spread (2 syns)
E: Zumba
Wednesday and Thursday will be similar. Zumba isn't on on Thursday night which is a shame. I'm heading home on Thursday night so will see if mum can plan something slimming world friendly.
Friday ill be with dave but think we are going for a walk or cycle so I should be ok. Will be sensible with food. There is a butchers at home that does syn free sausages so will try to get them.
Saturday will be similar - hopefully some exercise and good food. Meal out on Saturday night, not sure where yet though. Will try to choose before I go.
Sunday will be a nightmare. Lunch at my grandparents and a meal out with dad. And Easter eggs! Have asked for none but know ill still get them.
Monday I'm off to Disney! Going to take Alpen lights. Maybe some mugshots too. Not sure what else I can take with me. Will make sure I have plenty of fruit out there. Mum is pretty sympathetic to the plan so I know she will try for me
Will do lots of walking and even when we get back to the chalet I may go for another 30 min walk. If I'm not too tired!
When I get back home ill only be home for a day before coming back to uni. Will have to see if dave can take me to Asda so I can stock up. Then he is staying Sunday to Thursday so ill have to come up with some slimming world meals!
