Right, here's what I ate yesterday:

Baked beans (free)
Fruit cocktail (free)
Lunch
Jacket potato (free)
Quark (free)
Baked beans (free)
Dinner (Buffet tea at my Aunties)
Salmon fillet (HexB)
Bhajis (free)
Salad (free)
Pickled onion (free)
Low fat salad cream (1 syn)
Cheesecake (5 syns)
Chocolate mousse (1 syn)
Total: 7 syns
I went to the pub with my best friend after my Aunt's, and ended being out until 2.30 this morning, then by the time I'd had a shower and got in bed it was gone 3! Feeling like a zombie this morning, if I hadn't had to get up and go to the drs this morning I would still be dead to the world. As I was writing my tea on my paper diary for group I realised I hadn't had a HexA. I did consider getting up and getting a glass of milk, but had just cleaned my teeth and by that point I was already in bed and was half asleep, so didn't bother.
As promised, here is the wonderful cheescake recipe. The amounts on here are to make it in an 8'' sandwich tin and it serves 8, but as I only have a 9'' tin and it was for a big party of people who eat a lot I made it with one and a half times the amunts in a 9'' tin and cut it into 12 pieces.

Serves 8
5 syns per portion
Preparation time: 25 mins plus chilling

Ingredients
8 reduced fat digestive biscuits, finely crushed
50g low fat spread, melted
1 x 12g sachet sugar free lemon jelly crystals
150ml boiling water
1 tsp powdered gelatine
2 x 200g pots vanilla mullerlight
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
200g quark
4-5 tbsp sweetener

Method
Mix together the crushed biscuits and melted spread, and arrange evenly in the bottom of an 8’’ springform cake tin. Flatten with the back of a spoon and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Make up the jelly with the boiling water and stir in the gelatine. When cool, place the jelly mixture in a food processor with the yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon zest, quark and sweetener. Process until smooth and then pour over the biscuit base. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set.
It was fab, and tasted just like real cheesecake. I used lemon and lime jelly, as I couldn't find sachets of lemon, and I used vegetarian gelatine, which I just used the whole sachet rather than measuring it out in teaspoons, and it came out fine.
If I can figure out pics I will post them in a bit. Can anyone tell me how to do it?
I will get the recipe for the mousse from my mum as well, as they were really lovely. She did them in little plastic wine glasses at 0.5 syn each (I ate 2 ).
