Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

Say in pub gardens all afternoon enjoying the sunshine and managed to drink 5 pints of water with lemon and only 3 syns worth of wine. Had beef teriyaki salad for lunch and small geek salad with wholemeal pitta for dinner. Only downfall was a small 99 which I just couldn't resist! Really hope it doesn't screw up WI!!

Breakfast - Muller Light with raspberries
Lunch - Tomato and Herb Mug Shot with spinach and rocket and 40g Low Low
Dinner - Something sitting outside in the garden but not sure what!
Snacks - 15g Bran Flakes (1/2 HEXA), Alpen Light (1/2 HEXA), 1 sq Galaxy (1.5 syns)

Aww thank you! It's tomorrow so I'm trying to drink plenty of water with lemon and keeping the syns low-ish. Here's hoping...x
 
Dinner - gammon, egg and SW chips with mushrooms and tomatoes, ketchup (2 syns)

Treat - 100ml white wine (3 syns), 1/2 Freddo (2.5 syns) - but didn't have galaxy as planned earlier! :)

Thanks Caz. Terrified tbh because I was the 10s so much, I'm going to be so disappointed if I don't get it, which is really silly. Haven't lost any weight since before i went to south Africa at the beginning of the month so really need this!

Everything crossed for you my love. Battery ran out on my scales Sunday so I'm weighing in this morning too (after my shower!).

Monday was vile! Work was just horrible, not any busier than normal but my direct report boss is off and so I'm working totally unsupported until next Wednesday which is rubbish! How was your day? xx
 
Massively hacked off this morning - scales showed STS :( Although I feel quite bloated and rubbish so I might be naughty and weigh again tomorrow if I feel better and see if there's any change. Really gutted as I'd pinned my hopes on those pesky, elusive 10s! Never mind, new day today! Hope your scales are kinder to you, lovely!

Work sounds really awful! You poor thing. It's always horrible being dumped in it with no help. Hope today is a bit better though. My Monday wasn't too bad - busy at work, but manageable then met up with a friend at our local pub in the evening and sat out in the sunshine, which was lovely. I've drunk so many pints of water with lemon in the last few days I can't believe I haven't lost any weight! Actually, maybe it's water retention? Or is that just wishful thinking? I normally drink 1.5 litres a day, but I've been having 2 or 3 pints on top of that so maybe my body doesn't know what to do with it... hmm...

Anyway, food for today:

B - Muller Light and a peach
L - Low Fat Super Noodles (chicken and herb) with lots of spinach
D - Turkey stir fry with red pepper and mange tout
Snacks - 15g Bran Flakes (1/2 HEXB), Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB), homemade decaff latte (HEXA milk) with 2 Nice biscuits (4 syns)

Oh hun, I feel your pain, I have gained 1.5lb this week, I was expecting a gain but not that much!!!

Really cross with myself but been back on track since Saturday so hopefully will lose it again soon.

Yours sounds like water retention, that is a LOT of water. I barely drink anything as I hate water.

Yeah you're right, it's better than a gain. I'm just really frustrated that the last time the scales went properly down was 2 July and that feels like AGES ago! It's only because of pesky work trips but I really thought I was on for a good loss this week.

Feel bad for you too. Although it's only a little gain so I'm sure you can easily shift it by next week. When is the dress fitting? I bet you can't wait! xx
 
Trying it on Saturday for the first time since I started SW but first fitting not until 25th August, wanted to leave it as late as possible.

I'm sending lots of positive vibes your way for next week xxx
 
No movement on the scales this morning so have resigned myself to STS for yet another week :(

B - Muller light with raspberries
L - Thai Mug Shot (1/2 syn) with lots of spinach
D - Burgers made with extra lean mince and stuffed with a Babybel Light (1/3 HEXA) in wholemeal roll (HEXB) with big side salad
Snacks - peach, banana
 
I feel your pain, I've STS second week in a row, even with masses of exercise and home cooked healthy foods. We. Must. Stay. Strong!!
 
It's so tough, isn't it! I spent the first 8 weeks watching the scales drop and it was amazing! Strangely for the last 4 weeks when I haven't lost (gained for first 2 as I was away working), I've still lost inches, which is brilliant, but I'm finding it hard to stay motivated. 100% this week so far though - I'm not going to stop fighting :)
 
exactly - just need to keep focused and we will get there! Every time you reach for the chocolate, remember how amazing you look and the nice things people are saying and it will keep you motivated xx

Dinner - no idea! Whatever's in the fridge!

Snacks - banana, latte (hexa) and 2 biccies (4 syns)

Yesterday's snacks were 2 sq Galaxy (3 syns), ketchup with dinner (1 syn) and ice cream and frozen raspberries (5 syns)
