A lot! I woke up at 4.30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I know it's nowhere near ours yet but we are one step closer. You're totally right though - if it's meant to be, then it will happen :) xx

We pinned everything on a certain house before we got the one we are in now. I got so upset abc frustrated when we lost it.

However, the house we are in now is so much better and we can do so much to it.

Still keeping everything crossed for you though x

V sensible hon. I love my house and moving in was fan but all the pre moving bits are more nail biting than anything else! I bought a new build so was more straight forward in some respects but still a stressful few months!! xx
 
Well we've put an offer in! I think they'll say no, but there's a little bit more flex in our figures yet so who knows!

Always best to start low, leaving yourself room for manoeuvre. I used to work in mortgages and then for a solicitor specialising in conveyancing. It was very interesting to see it working from both sides! Everything's crossed for you x
 
Hello lovelies!

I'm sorry for being off the radar again - it has been a mega stressful week and I have been massively off plan. But...it has all been worth it because on Saturday, we had an offer accepted on a beautiful home (one which doesn't need any work doing on it!!) and this morning, we accepted an offer to sell our house at exactly the price we wanted. We're both over the moon and also slightly in shock, I think!

Those of you on my IG will have seen a photo of the outside - it's a proper grown up house! :D

Need to try and get back on the wagon but will definitely be celebrating tonight!

Hope you guys are all well and thank you for your lovely messages and house-buying advice :) xxx
