Brilliant to eating bran flakes in the cinema, think ill take some blueberry wheats nect time i go. I bet those size 12s make you feel fab!!! :) x

We went early (to avoid kids on school holidays!) and I knew I'd be peckish! Worked out quite well actually cos it was crunchy and satisfying :) and probably more tasty than the £4.80 nachos the manshape had!

Totally loving my size 12s today - honestly can't believe it! Wish I'd saved more of the stuff from my 'skinny' wardrobe but had lost all hope of squeezing back into it before I found SW! It's fun buying new stuff though!

How are things with you, lovely lady?xx

Early WI this week as we've got surveyors 'round first thing tomorrow so look at the fire damage to the garage (again!!) so that'll mess up my routine! Amazing news though - 3lbs off this week putting me well into the 10s at 10st11lbs. I'm so excited, it's ridiculous! Measurements also show another 6cm off, taking me to 61cm off overall, which is 24 inches! I've got 5 more weeks 'til I go to South Africa and I'm wondering just how far I can get by then!

Anyway, food for today (sticking with the red days as they're working so well!) -

B - Muller Light and a banana
L - chicken salad with a drizzle of balsamic dressing (1/2 syn) and wholemeal roll (HEXB)
D - gammon, frylight egg, BNS chips (HEXA) and peas, beans, broccoli and cauliflower. 1tsp ketchup (1.5 syns)
Snacks - Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB), 15g Bran Flakes (1/2 HEXB), decaf latte (HEXA), 2 Nice biscuits (4 syns)

Hey Miss Corset, YAY!!! :D 3lbs off is FAB, those red days are certainly doing their thing.
Im good thanks - weigh in tonight and fingers crossed for a nice loss. I feel slimmer so hopefully will be good news.

Ohhh and aren't butternut squash chips tasty! x

Aww thanks chick! I'm feeling on top of the world this week - loving the red days!! And yep, butternut chips are lush - means I'm not missing carbs at all!

Worrying a bit about my birthday weekend - Afternoon Tea on Saturday, lunch out at posh hotel on Sunday and dinner at Tony Tobin's restaurant on Monday. But hoping if I keep the syns low, and stick to red days for the week, I can relax a bit at the weekend and not jeopardise things too much. Afternoon tea is a write off, I can't be good there (and I'm not going to feel guilty because it's my birthday!), but on Sunday and Monday I can make good choices and ask for sauces on the side etc.

Fingers and toes will be crossed for you tonight - let me know how you get on :)

xx

omg, just had a sneaky peak at your food diary! You are doing so well! I find red days work better for me too, I lost 4 stone a few years ago doing red days, came off quite quick too, may have to steal some of your meal ideas! xx

Wow - you did incredibly well! And you probably know the plan better than me!

Geek free to snaffle meal ideas. The turkey burgers are totally amazing - a colleague gave me that recipe and they're lush!xx

I know, that's why I've been a bit off track the last few weeks. Not having my first fitting till 1st September so bit worried about losing too much more. Saw a pic of myself in my dress yesterday and I feel fantastic :) xx

You must look amazing - look how far your BMI has come down! You should be so pleased with yourself! Look forward to seeing pics of the big day! xx

Right, then, food for today. Another red day, which I'm totally loving!

B - Muller Light and a nectarine
L - chicken salad with balsamic drizzle (1/2 syn)
D - either a chicken curry or a Spanish chicken bake (we've got chicken, peppers and onions in the fridge!) with cheesy garlic bread (HEXA & HEXB + 1 syn for spread)
Snacks - Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB), 15g Bran Flakes (1/2 HEXB), banana, 1/2 Freddo (2.5 syns)

Nom nom nom to the spanish chicken and cheesy garlic bread ;o)

They're fab, aren't they! Often keep them in the freezer. Instead have some yummy rustic wholemeal rolls from Tesco. Only 2 more meetings to get through this afternoon before I can escape for a yummy dinner! xx

ARGH! Totally sh*t day at work today! Can't wait to get home for some yummy food and catching up on the Olympics with my lovely man. Definitely going to be using a few syns for a treat tonight - and I think it might be wine!

Todays noms:

B - Muller Light and a nectarine
L - chicken and cucumber roll (HEXB)
D - SW cheese burgers (HEXA) with salad and maybe BNS chips, because I'm addicted to them!
Snacks - banana, 15g Bran Flakes (1/2 HEXB), Alpen Light (1/2 HEXB), pudding tbc, maybe smoothie ice cream thingy from Morrisons (3.5 syns), and probably a square of Galaxy at work because I've only been in the office for ten minutes and I'm already hacked off!!
