Oh girls, I've fallen off the flippin' wagon again! I just can't get my head in the zone! It doesn't help that we're a bit brassic 'til pay day so fast days are a bit out of the question as I don't particularly want to go and do another shop if I can help it.
Was in training all day yesterday so had a mini egg cake and two vienesse whirls then fish fingers for tea (with SW friendly sweet potato fries).
Trying again today with a green day:
B - Muller Greek (1/2), raspberries, brekkie biccies (HEXb1)
L - Spicy parsnip soup with crispbread (1/2 HEXB2) and 2 light cheese triangles (1/2 HEXA1)
D - Quorn chilli with rice topped with 2 syns light creme fraiche and HEXA2 cheddar served with a big ol' salad!
Snacks - popcorn (5), banana
Already getting super excited about the weekend and think that's pulling me off track instead of trying pre-damage limitation. I don't know what's the matter with me. I know I can do it, but I just don't seem to be in the right place at the mo. Trying not to give myself too much of a hard time as there's no point. I know that worrying about money doesn't help with my eating - it's one of those weird triggers that makes me treat myself. It's not like we're on the breadline, we've just spent a lot on lovely new things for the house and our trip to China might be off the agenda because it's gonna cost twice as much as we thought. I will feel so awful if we have to let his little sister down... Anyway, enough negativity! It's hump day, the weather forecast is super for the weekend and I'm WFH again tomorrow.
