I did download an app but it wasn't that great (to be fair it was less than £1 so I can't complain!!) - I've got most of my inspiration from people on here.
Yesterday I had:
Strawberries mid-morning (~30 cals)
Then a bag of salted popcorn (88 cals) and a Nakd bar (156 cals)
Then for dinner I made an omelette with 1 egg and 1 egg white (100 cals), leftover gammon (~75 cals), 5g Parmesan (~11 cals) and a little salad (~20 cals)
The pancakes you make with a beaten egg and a mashed banana are also amazing for 200 cals.
