George was amazing! So glad I'm still on a bit of a high from last night as the work emails I downloaded when I woke up this morning have thoroughly depressed me. Grr.

Anyway, off to London for meetings and dinner with a supplier tonight so not sure what will happen about food. Hopefully we'll go somewhere where I can make good choices.

B - Muller light and a banana
L - Chicken salad (1 syn for balsamic drizzle!)
D - TBC!
Snacks - Alpen Light and Bran Flakes (HEXB)

Yikes - what a day! Head is spinning and don't know if I'm coming or going. Took stress out on OH this morning so don't think he's talking to me and have to be out for work dinner tonight so he'll probably be in bed when I get in :(

Have saved syns for a glass of wine with a colleague tonight - think we might end up in a bar putting the world to rights! Damn scales aren't moving this week though so going to call it a day after a glass because I don't want to let pesky work scupper a whole week of 100%!

Went to a gorgeous pub in Nottingham Hill tonight. Had rigatoni with tomatoes, spinach and hexa mozerella. 1 glass of red (5 syns) and 1/2 slice of ciabatta (4 syns), so not bad considering!!

Well done you, I've had a bad week this week!! Do you ever get people telling you that you don't need to lose any more weight? I'm so sick of the looks I'm getting when I say I'm still dieting. I'm barely a healthy weight and I'm certainly not happy with how I look!! Grrrr!!

Thanks hun. Got a strategy day today do it should be better. And it's Friday - yay!

Have had a few people tell me that and I'm still not quite a healthy BMI yet! Funny how people have such an opinion isn't it!!

Ooh can't wait for dinner! Having SW fry up! Bacon medallions, low fat sausages (3 syns), eggs done in frylight, BNS chips, loads of mushrooms and tomatoes. Om nom nom a nom!!

Then I'm gonna make rice pudding for dessert. Forgot I used my hexa for coffee this morning so will syn the milk - will allow 5 syns - should be plenty but will check my list later!

Off for a bike ride tmrw, weigh day on Sunday (nervous) then a little weigh day treat, not sure what yet.. How about you?

Food sounds lovely today, especially the sw fry up - may have one for breakfast on Sunday actually x
 
Loving your bike dedication hun. We're visiting a friend tomorrow who has just opened a bakery so need to have a good brekkie before I go to avoid temptation! OH is actually gonna cycle and meet me there - 60 mile round trip. He's a nutter, bless him!

Sunday I'm helping at a charity ballet in London which my uncle has helped organise. Should be fun! Might be a few celebs there! Xx

Oh dear God! How the hell am I only just seeing you had a food diary now??? Do I wander around here with my eyes shut? Obviously!

Hope you've a fab day today m'dear and manage to avoid the bakery temptation, I'd probably need someone to hold me back from licking everything in sight but I imagine your willpower may be a tad stronger haha.

Will definitely be keeping up with this thread :)

Lol! No - I haven't been on a bike since my teens! It's nice that he loves it so much - mostly gives me chillout or housework time! :)

D - cheese on toast (hexa and b) with tomatoes, red onion, fresh coriander and garlic. Ketchup (1 syn)
Snacks - macaroon (10 syns!), pineapple and mango chunks

Yeah lovely day thanks honey. Really nice and chilled.

Macaroons are amazing! Pre SW I used to bake them a lot myself.

Just saw your post about WI - I reckon your gain might be because you haven't been eating much (as you said, over compensating for last Sunday) but have been going to the gym so your body is probably hanging onto calories and fluid. I don't think you're eating enough. Maybe try and give it more fuel this week and see what happens?

I'm terrified about WI tomorrow. I've been 100% this week but the damn scales won't move!
