Thanks lovely! Think 5:2 is going to be the way ahead for me...for a while at least. The problem with me on SW was that every time we had plans at the weekend and I knew I couldn't syn everything, it would turn into a massive food and drink fest! At least with 5:2 I can have a day like Saturday and still lose.

Just a hygienist appointment at the dentist this morning - had a different one as my fave is on maternity leave. New one was really nice but very thorough and I ended up spendimg £28 on tooth mouse (?!?!?!) and a new mouthwash. #sucker ;)

I'm glad it's not just me, Pip! I agree with you that it's picking up though...8 more episodes to go! Once it's finished I think we're going to go onto Better Call Saul - has anyone checked that out yet?

Am feeling good about the running - glad I dragged myself out yesterday. Stacey and I were supposed to go together yesterday morning but she slept in so I went on my own after lunch. Actually not sure I'm ready to run with people, plus her pace is quicker than mine (6 min/km) but I've done more distance so would have been interesting to see! The weather is supposed to be fab towards the end of the week/at the weekend here, so looking forward to some lovely sunny early morning runs!

Yeah I think there are 13 episodes of HoC - we will deffo be done by the weekend!

Didn't realise Better Call Saul was coming out week by week -that's so annoying! We will definitely wait and binge-watch!

As for the tooth mousse, it's a bit of a mystery! I suffer with quite sensitive teeth and none of the sensitive toothpastes have ever helped so she recommended this. Apparently you add it topically after you've brushed your teeth and over time it makes your teeth much less sensitive. Will be interesting to see!

Managed to last until 1pm with zero calories - which I'm hoping will bode well for the rest of the day! It's a lovely sunny day today, which I'm hoping is going to last - if it does, I'm going for a quick run (thanks for the inspiration, Pip!) then might do a few planks/squats etc when I get back. I have a hidden agenda for this - Dave ordered me a box of amazing cupcakes for Valentine's but when we went to eat them, they tasted really strange, so he complained and has the replacements today! I want to be able to eat one tomorrow (~300 cals) without feeling guilty!! xxx
 
No run but 35 mins of toning/Pilates/body balance instead, which I actually really enjoyed.

Have only had 65 cals today so I'm having a cupcake for dinner! #sorrynotsorry!

How did you find working out on a fast day? That cake looks insane! Won't you be hungry though?! Xxx

I felt fine actually. Was only toning type exercises so low impact. Had a cuppa and my cupcake and now watching the walking dead very content!
Will probably be hungry tomorrow but I will have a cunning plan for 'feast' day food by then :) xx

Morning lovely ones!

Was super pleased with seeing 11.0 on the scales this morning - I know it's a slightly false, post-fast reading, but nice to see nonetheless!

Food plan for today is:
B - Muller Light (99) and raspberries (~50)
L - Glorious Skinny Soup and a Warburton's Thin (190)
D - Sausage and new potato bake with peppers, red onions and a side salad (Need to add up cals on MFP but ~500)
Snacks - Cupcake! (~300)

Planning a run after work - hopefully I can get away on time and it'll still be daylight!

Am really enjoying feeling this in control and knowing that I will be on our Saturday night out too! Now just need to work out what accessories to wear with my new dress - might take a pic later and get you guys to help!

Everything looks very yummy and in control my lovely! I've been totting up the cals on MFP for a while too! Really helps doesn't it! Do you put your running In too?
