Whoop whoop! 3 amazing lbs off! Can't believe it! Trying to work out what I've done differently but can't put my finger on anything. So excited about being so close to the 9s now - I can almost touch them. I'm a nice chunk inside the healthy BMI range too, which is fab.

Now if only I didn't have to go to work today...

I actually still can't believe the scales this morning - so exciting! And leaving me with just 7lbs to go to target. Good times!!

So, we're having a freezer eat down this week in preparation for 'operation defrost' this weekend!

EE day today:
B - Muller Light with strawberries
L - Tomato Mug Shot with spinach, tomatoes, sweetcorn and peas with HEXA cheese on top
D - SW 'doner kebab' in HEXB wholemeal pitta with loads of salad and homemade syn free chilli sauce
Snacks - pineapple, mango, banana and a few grapes, Alpen Light (3 syns) Milky Way (5 syns)

I'm going to use a recipe I found on here but using extra lean beef mince instead of lamb, because we had some in the freezer. You mix it up with some herbs and spices, bake it in the oven, then slice it really thinly and serve with a syn free sauce. Thanks for the kind words, hun. Can't believe I'm only 7lbs from target - although I might decide I want to lose just a little bit more than that. Just being in the 9s is going to be a total revalation - still can't imagine it to be honest!

Red day today.

B - Muller Light
L - Wholemeal roll (HEXB1) with smoked salmon and Philly Light (HEXA1) and salad
D - Turkey sausages (3 syns) with BNS mash and lots of green veg
Snacks - Bran Flakes and Alpen Light (HEXB2), banana, fun size Crunchie (4 syns)
 
Just had to say YUM! My food in the last 24 hours has been delish! Smoked salmon and philli roll is lush - ate half of it at 11.30am because I was starving! Off to a meeting at 1pm so will eat the other half and my salad shortly.

Gonna have to stop for some fruit on the way back to the office after as I'm feeling like it's gonna be a bit of a munchy one!
 
might have to try that SW doner kebab!

Hey, that sw donner sounds lovely! will be giving that a go when I get back from holiday. Your food has sounded really tasty lately, I def need to start with some new recepies as have been getting a bit lazy.

Not sure what sort of day today as we're out for dinner and not sure if I'm going to have a salad or rice/jacket spud so I'm keeping my options open.

B - Muller Light and some grapes
L - Leftover SW chilli con carne (no rice) with loads of spinach and topped with 1/2 HEXA cheese
D - TBC at Beefeater - probably steak (1 syn for oil) with a big salad and jacket spud
Snacks - Banana, Bran Flakes and Alpen Light (HEXB), 1/2 cupcake at work (5 syns), 1 chip stolen from OH (1 syn), 4 Mikado (2 syns)

D - Hexb2 ryvita with hexa Philli light, smoked salmon and cucumber. Followed by carte D'or light (2 syns), 2 syns chopped chocolate and frozen raspberries
Snacks - Bran Flakes/Alpen Light (HEXB1)

Scales are still +1 on WI, which I'm a bit upset about because I've been 100% all week. Let's hope they're just trying to keep me on my toes and come Monday, they will miraculously make me happy! :)

Scales still showing up half from WI so a loss on Monday is looking unlikely. Grr...

Anyway, onto onto today. Red day.

B - muller light and 15g all bran golden crunch (1/2 hexb)
L - out at debenhams cafe. Wholemeal toast (1/2 hexb + 2 syns), tomato, baked beans and fried egg but only ate the yolk so no oil.
D - dinner with friends. Lamb shepherds pie topped with sweet potatoes (4 syns as not extra lean, just lean!). Followed by meringue nest (3 syns), strawberries and raspberries (everyone else will have chocolate ganache but I'm gonna resist!!)

Wednesday:
B - Muller Light and grapes
L - Mug Shot with peppers, spinach, peas and sweetcorn, 1/2 HEXA cheese on top
D - at a conference so no idea - will probably be off plan 'til I get home on Friday night. Grr...
