Sarah's Target & 10K Mission

Hey hun! Been off plan since Wednesday eve as away at a conference then staying at friends for the weekend. Back on it tomorrow although dreading what the scales will say!!xx

Ahh your aloud to go off plan and your so close to target it's good to see what your body can take! I'm sure you will have been in control even though off plan and as long as you've enjoyed it its all good!

Right, I'm +4lbs up this week, so back at 10st 7lbs and quite frankly devastated! It's well deserved as I've been massively off plan for almost a week. WI this morning was the kick up the bum I needed because I'm now back at my pre-holiday weight and I'm not happy about it! Knuckling down this week and nothing is going to get in my way!

B - Muller Light and raspberries
L - chicken and cous cous salad with roasted veggies (2 syns for dressing)
D - chicken stir fry with oyster sauce (2 syns), mange tout, peppers, onions, noodles
Snacks - HEXA hot milk and 2 pink wafters (4 syns). HEXB - Bran Flakes and Alpen Light.

B - Muller Light and some grapes
L - Ainsley Harriot cous cous (2 syns) with spinach
D - Beefeater tonight so will have paprika chicken with a jacket spud and salad with no dressing. 2 breaded mushrooms (4 syns)
HEXB - Bran Flakes and Alpen Light. HEXA - warm milk
Snacks - banana, 2 pink wafers (4 syns)

yeh all good thanks, have been feeling on track but just been talking about client lunches and this year they would like me to go along (probably to about 5 of them!) think im just going to have to forget weight loss for the majority of December and focus on not gaining.. x
 
It's a pain isn't it! I'm the same and even maintaining will be a struggle because I've got so many places I'm supposed to be. Think I need to relax and enjoy it all and plan to get back on it straight after Christmas (until I take OH to Rome for his birthday at the end of Jan - lol!)

Saw a glimpse of 10st5lbs this morning - so pleased the damn scales are going in the right direction again! 10.5 is my 2st shiny and healthy BMI back! Anything else is a bonus, but I want to get to 10st3lbs then just focus on stablising until after the festive season!

Probably red day today -

D - gammon steak, butternut chips, fried eggs (Frylight, obvs!), mushrooms
Snacks - Alpen Light/Bran Flakes (HEXB), banana

D - off to London for a gig so will be grabbing something in M&S (as low syn as poss - probably cous cous and wheatberry salad followed by some mango chunks)
Snacks - 2 x Alpen Lights (HEXB)
Syns - 7.5 syns on 3 vodka and sugar free red bulls!

Feeder at Brixton Academy tonight. I've been in love with Grant from Feeder since I was about 17, so I'm quite excited about seeing them again - it's been ages! And OH has never seen them before :)

What are you up to this weekend? xx
 
Super proud of myself tonight. Had a lentil and aubergine salad and some mango on the train. Then a glass of cava (4 syns) and 2 vodka and sugar free red bulls (5 syns). OH has just had a massive burrito on the train but I've resisted. Seems like I'm back in the zone!!

L - mug shot with spinach, tomatoes, peppers, chicken breast pices and hexa cheese
D - paella (made by OH) - 6 syns for chorizo
Snacks - another Alpen light! Making pavlova for tomorrow so 2 syns for sampling to make sure it was yum!

That's def back in the zone behaviour :) well done for resisting the burrito, I resisted chocolate digestives and a finest chocolate sundae last night (shine my halo)
Feeder sounded familiar so I googled, Boyf has a few of their albums. Did your oh enjoy them?

I haven't got much planned this weekend, not feeling 100% though so won't push myself although its our 7 year anniversary tmrw so will do something nice then. What are your plans? xx

Congrats on your anniversary. Hope the weather gets better for you! We're vegging out today and OH is cooking his amazing paella. Then tomorrow we've got friends over. Most chilled out weekend we've had in ages! Loving it!xx

Oh my gosh - just had the yummiest paella made by my amazing OH. Only the chorizo had to be synned so totally guilt free! Om nom nom :)
