Thanks so much everyone! Your support is so fab! I feel fantastic being in the 9s...I went out in my denim shorts today - I still can't believe I feel confident enough to. This time last year they would have been 3 sizes bigger and there's no way I would have gone out in public with that much of my legs on show!

Had a lovely day today. 5k walk with a friend around a country park near her house, while the boys did a 50 mile bike ride! We stopped mid way for a cuppa and I had a banana and an Alpen light. Then we all met up at the pub for lunch - I had Jamacian Jerk chicken with a salad (no dressing but will allow 2 syns for the chicken marinade), with a few pints of tap water, a teeny glass of white wine (2.5 syns) and I stole one of Dave's chips (1 syn!). Back at theirs I had a handful of Sun Bites (2 syns) with more water whilst sitting in the sunshine. Hopefully I will have gone a bit brown by tomorrow as I've been out all day!

Planning to have my HEXA as warm milk shortly with another Alpen Light (rest of HEXB) and a couple of Mikado (1 syn).

I'm on day 8, which was just a 50 second plank. Dreading 100 squats tomorrow but am finding crunches and plank fine. Think I'm starting to see a difference from the squats though...maybe psychological but still!!

My monday has been lovely actually, caught up on tv programmes, played badminton and worked up a decent sweat, and then afternoon/evening was cooking and chatting with my boy sat on the windowsill in the sun :) xx

Yeah I do think it's working...I'm almost 1/3 of the way there now so hopefully by the end I'll be a happy girl. It can't hurt, can it. Well, apart from my thighs! Lol xx

Ugh...I've woken up with a nasty cold today :( Dave's friend had one when he was over on Saturday so guess I've caught it. Grr...

At least I haven't got much on today...hairdresser is coming at 9 (just a trim) then a chappie is coming to fix the parking sensors on the car. Apart from that my main task is to sort out pressies for my parents ruby wedding on Sunday. Really need to get organised for that!

Food today:
B - melon (they were on offer in tesco so I still have a whole one that needs eating!), banana and raspberries with a coconut muller green (1/2 syn)
Morning snack - 2 x LM red onion sausage and 1 egg scrambled (I'm starving...they do say feed a cold and starve a fever!)
L - either hexb ryvitas with hexa Philly
D - Something yummy from the freezer - maybe leftover paella? (1 syn chorizo)
Snackage - 1 Reece's peanut butter cup (4.5 syns), 1 syn of dairy milk (1/5 of a 99 calorie bar), 1 mikado (1/2 syn)

Oh no! Get some vit c and zinc in you. Can get the tablets from tesco or chemist. Take 2 vit c and 1 zinc every day and then once its gone reduce to 1 of each. So good for your immune system. (My brother has a heart condition and takes them everyday because he can't get sick and hasn't had a cold in nearly 5 years! )

Hope you start to feel better soon, pretty sure the Reeces will help! (Are they really only 4.5 syns?! Wow!) Xxx

Ging - not sure what's on the cards today. Just had my hair cut and am now waiting for the parking sensors man. Need to organise mum and dads anniversary pressies...hoping to send them to Madrid for the weekend! Plus I think today is gonna be the last sunny day for a little while so will try and get out in the garden xx

I really want to try those peanut butter cups, peanut butter is one of my fave things but I would never be able to resist just one so avoided buying them lol. The whole pack is nearly a days syns, eeeek!

The Ben and Jerry's ice cream with them is AMAZING though. when I get to target I am eating me some of THAT! :D

Ooh I haven't tried the ice cream. That really won be dangerous!xx
