I'm on day 8, which was just a 50 second plank. Dreading 100 squats tomorrow but am finding crunches and plank fine. Think I'm starting to see a difference from the squats though...maybe psychological but still!!

My monday has been lovely actually, caught up on tv programmes, played badminton and worked up a decent sweat, and then afternoon/evening was cooking and chatting with my boy sat on the windowsill in the sun xx

Ugh...I've woken up with a nasty cold today Dave's friend had one when he was over on Saturday so guess I've caught it. Grr...
At least I haven't got much on today...hairdresser is coming at 9 (just a trim) then a chappie is coming to fix the parking sensors on the car. Apart from that my main task is to sort out pressies for my parents ruby wedding on Sunday. Really need to get organised for that!
Food today:
B - melon (they were on offer in tesco so I still have a whole one that needs eating!)
L - either hexb ryvitas with hexa Philly or scrambled eggs with bacon and mushrooms etc
D - Something yummy from the freezer - maybe leftover paella? (1 syn chorizo)
Snackage - 1 Reece's peanut butter cup (4.5 syns)

Oh no! Get some vit c and zinc in you. Can get the tablets from tesco or chemist. Take 2 vit c and 1 zinc every day and then once its gone reduce to 1 of each. So good for your immune system. (My brother has a heart condition and takes them everyday because he can't get sick and hasn't had a cold in nearly 5 years! )

I really want to try those peanut butter cups, peanut butter is one of my fave things but I would never be able to resist just one so avoided buying them lol. The whole pack is nearly a days syns, eeeek!
The Ben and Jerry's ice cream with them is AMAZING though. when I get to target I am eating me some of THAT!
