All going well thanks,am eating a 0pp lemon lolly right now so I'm happy lol.Having a sf day today,feels like ages since had one of those lol.You still reading the shades books?
 
Ahh that's good :) well done! I'm just munching on a mini milk so add 1.5 syns for today so 8.5 syns in total :)
Yeah I am still reading although keep putting it down and forgetting to pick it back up although fairly far through it now! You started?
 
No havent been back round to my friend's yet to pick it up.Lol at forgetting to pick it up,least you're getting there with it.Mini milks are nice,are you weighing in on Friday as you're out that night?

Well on Friday as I'm not drinking I think I'll just weigh in on Saturday as usual. We may be having a meal at weather spoons so I'll prob just have the sweet chilli noodles again or a jacket with beans. How you feeling about wi this week?
 
Lol I will get the books at some stage,slacker that I am! Yea a little choc fix when totm is a good idea.Better then ignoring it and then wanting more.Makes sense to wi as your meal is healthy and no drinking.As to my wi,dunno lol,the last few wi I lose then Sts so might be a Sts plus no exercise other then dog walking.I'll let you know how it goes :0)

Not feeling too great today, had my breakfast and feel abit iffy! I just wish I would get this opp over and done with.
Your near to target though aren't you? So maybe that's why it's coming off slower every couple of weeks :) you've done so well
 
Sorry to hear you don't feel so good this morning,hope you get better as the day goes on,don't blame you for wanting the op to be over and done with.Yea I have just under a stone to go so you're probably right there.It does tend to slow down as time goes on so I guess it's good that some weeks I still have a good loss lol

Weetabix and milk hex b and 1/2 hex a

Low fat supernoodles
Mullerlight
Apple
Strawberries

Jacket potato with beans and cheese 1 1/2 hex a

Bread 5 syns
Choc 4 syns
Options hot choc 2 syns ( saved 2 syns the other night so using them tonight :)
 
I decided to make my sw cheese cake with 2 Alpen light for my other hex b and my quark with options got choc and sweetener for the 2 syns I were gonna have :) yummy :D

still feel very bloated as not quite finished totm yet so apprehensive about saturday :/ only time will tell :)
 
Yea I found totm can affect the whole week,some months seem better then others! I hope all goes well for wi on Saturday,at least if Sts you know why.
