Oops!! A big fat oops!!! Messed up big time :( I've had:
Weetabix and milk hexb and 1/2 hexa

Supernoodles
Strawberries and apple
Mullerlight

About 7 squares of cooking choc
Lots of plain French stick cut up

Ready salted mcoys
Cheese and ham sandwich on big thick white cutting bread with light mayo :( oops!!
Feel extremely bloated!!
As soon as I go off track for a day or weekend it messes me up so much :( need to stop now!! And hope to get back on track tomo so I don't see too much damage on Saturday :/ eek!! Hope you've had a good day :)
 
Sorry to reply so late..just nipped on a couple of times this evening.Start again tomorrow,as you now know what messes you up perhaps try and work around it,like still live of course,have fun etc but try and stay focus,you've done well and are doing well and you will get to where you want to be :0)
 
It's ok bout replying late :) yeah once again it seems to be the alcohol on Friday night...led to eating and drinking on Saturday...led to being even more hungry on Sunday....then struggled to get back on it yesterday. Going for the walk tonight with my mum after work so that should do some good :) about 2 and half miles :) hope you had a good day
 
Oo oo oo I forgot to mention...found a holiday for the last week in sept :D Zante for a week 279pp can't really grumble at that so think we're gonna book on saturday :) so even more of an insentive!!
 
Enjoy your walk tonight,that's sounds like a good distance! That's a great deal for a holiday as well,would be rude not to book it.lol.Good you have a incentive now :0) yea weekends can be hard.Least you are back on it.
 
Hi just got back from my walk...done just over 2 miles in 45 mins :) burnt some crap off lol not been great again today...for some reason I feel like its my totm even though I've been taking my pill for almost a week..eg im hormonal, want to eat, especially chocolate which normally don't bother me. Hmm I dunno just generally feel pooh :/ hope you've had a good day

Might just be feeling that way after the weekend/yesterday,am sure our minds play tricks on us.Like tonight after dinner I fancied a pudding,where did that come from? Lol.Had a good day thanks,OH cooked dinner which is always a result,lol..we did another bike ride and I batched cooked myself some turkey mince pasta bake.7 portions so I'm pleased with that :0)
 
Yeah your right our minds do mess with us alot!! Just the thought of slipping back into my old ways upsets me but like I say as I feel so hormonal etc prob cuz of the binging I just want to eat anything in sight :/ and that's never gonna end well. Do you not eat pudding regulary then? You always do so well and never mess up...wish I had the motivation you have!
 
Not normal pudding so to speak..only on a odd occasion but I do have my evening snacks :0) I've set myself a mini challenge as i have 5lbs to lose to get into the 10s and 5 wi's before my birthday so am aiming for that plus am going to treat myself to a 'proper' chocolate bar on my birthday as been awhile since I've had one :0)
I'm just stubborn,lol but I have bad days etc I just ignore anything bad and carry on.Ive slipped up in the past like last time I did WW but I hope I can do it this time around.You can do it as well.Its just hard sometimes..got a quote to share with you....'just remember,nothing tastes as good as looking good feels' :0)
 
Wow only 5 more pounds that's amazing!! I could have been with you on that one lol sounds like its completely do able for your birthday too :)
I just want to do it and feel good that quote is deffo true but I need to get there!!
I need to get my mojo back!! I feel ashamed everytime I write on here saying oh wait I've messed up again! Which has been every day since Friday :/
 
Never feel ashamed hun,if it was easy we would all be skinny minis and even skinny/slim people struggle! Maybe that holiday you have booked will help.How about that free month at the gym? Maybe give that a go to spur you on.
 
Yeah I guess so :) some just find it harder than others I guess.
Yeah I spoke to my friend about the gym and she has actually just found out she's pregnant do she can only really go swimming really but even that's better than nothing especially of its free :) only prob I tried my gym trousers on tonight and their too small :( which kinda sucks! I go to the reasons festival again in 2 and half weeks and just want to feel a little more attractive for then
 
Congrats about your friend,you like swimming so that's good,little bit of exercise and the gym
Clothes will soon fit better,cool about the festival,bet you well have a great time :0)
 
Yeah I love swimming :) hopefully the trousers wont take too long to fit into.
The festival is normally awsome so I am looking forward to it :) although it will contain alcohol and prob bad foods although I'm going to try and limit it eg go to a jacket Potato stall instead of burger van and not drink so much :)
 
Morning! Sorry I didn't reply yesterday I were very busy :)
Not a good day again food wise and got really down so thought right im gonna weigh in this morning just to see the damage and it might get me back on track...expecting to see around 7 pounds as that is how easily I put on weight and I've been a pig...but it was 2 pounds so I know I can get that off before Saturday morning if I get back on it :) made me feel loads better and realise I've not messed up as much as I had thought! Anyway hope you had a lovely walk if you went for one :)
 
Hiya :0) that's ok bout the reply,we always get there in the end lol.Thats great news that the gain wasn't as bad as you thought it would be and that it's helped you to refocus :0) we took the dog on a longer walk in the end as the OH was abit tired yesterday,lightweight lol.I did some ab work for 5 minutes in the morning as been slack with toning exercise and I thought it was better than nothing! Hope you have a good day :0)

5 syns so far but don't think I'll be having anything else :D
