Dunno whether anybody actually reads this but ill still put it on someone might haha
So iv had a funny weekend craved un usual stuff but iv stuck with it and can start and see results. Also gonna measure myself see if that gives me a boost. So...
Mondays food plan
Breakfast - muller yog, banana and a hi fu (heb)
Snack - apple and 2 babybell (hea)
Dinner - potatoe and carrot tagine with cous cous.
Snack -hifi and other babybell (hea & heb)
Felt hungry when I finished work so had 1 slice of toast and butter -5
Tea - seafood salad - lettuce, red onion, cucumber, prawn, crab sticks and fish tails, baby potatoes and 1 tablespoon of thousand island dressing (1.5)
Banana and orange later
Had 100ml of ss - 2.5
And a mini milk later coz its hot hot hot
Total - 10 syn (11 if I decide to have crispy onions)
Have a sunny nite
