naughty food. .....check

so had my Greek yog and honey for breakfast

then went got some shopping went and had my naked fish and chips. ..hmmm could of not had the chips.

then got my hair done. resisted tea/coffee and pop and stuck with water.

went to get Craig a new phone and waited forever and I was extremely starving to the point I had the shakes and felt sick. I was taking bella for a walk and I also was going to get myself a tablet so I had a kfc! !! so ashamed.

I still feel good for starting healthy just not the greatest of starts.

iv had enough now and felt disappointed in myself for wasting money on crap when bj had lots of nice fresh stuff.

so better planning for me tomorrow I think that will help loads.

hate sitting in doc waiting room makes me so nervous!..
need a sick note for this week but feel silly but know how stressed I was I needed the time off. also going to see about my feet coz I have a massive lump on them both and its been like that for years but lately has been so painful so gonna see if anything can be done. Justin feel a nervous wreck! xx

erm good coz it will get fixed. atm I struggle to wear normal flat shoe's. when im hot its so painful. I jus wanna be normal hun haha x
