Urgh not had a good day.....well I have and havnt.

Breakfast I had strawberry with greek yog and honey. .... lush, was gonna have egg but got abit put off. Need to sort that out.

Lunch chicken salad

Drank water all day

Dinner had a carvery so not the best but not the worst.

Then failed and had crispy kream......emotional eating again. ?..all because of the doc app and its craigs mams death anniversary.

Then relised im at a wedding in 12 weeks and that I need to crack on.

I need 1 day under my belt to feel good. Tomorrow wil be that day!

not good! I start off good and end bad. I think when im back to work ill have routine and will be better. today won't be good either. im trying to find healthy things when im out and it's hard! x

I know what you mean... It's so hard to get your mojo back but you've done it before so you can do it again :D x

I'm just the same... Yesterday was my first 100% day and today I so looked forward to a cooked breakfast now that my kitchen is almost finished. I think I just need to get myself excited by the right food so that I have something to look forward to if you know what I mean

I have my holiday in 6 weeks and it's too little too late for that however I have a works do around the 19th sept and I want to look and feel stunning for that x

so plan for tomorrow as follows. ......

8am greek yog banana and honey.

10am 1 or 2 eggs

12 pm chicken, sweet potato salad.

2pm carrot sticks and houmous.

4pm diet whey protein

6pm tuna steak with mushrooms and roasted veg.

eating every 2 house so I won't be hungry.

ill train before work on an empty stomach. ....looks all good need this day under my belt to kick start it off x
