gonna have pizza and wine tonight blow the day off and make Monday day 1 and going for gold this time. its my birthday next month and I refuse to go out fat x
 
I get the strawberry light yoghurts from aldi there 3points but there big n I have mine with fruit!

its the 15th hun. never thought about it really, normally I'm dead excited lol but ill be 28 and just not feeling it. I think with moving etc it's took the shine away x
 
well this morning I sat and looked thru my old diary and I was really good so it's spurred me on now. I have some chicken tikka strips there and I just dunno what to make for my lunch with it.....any ideas?? x
 
In a salad or in a wrap or pittta? Or in a pasta salad with peppers cucumber sweetcorn onions a llil dressin or sallad cream?

L turkey dinner, mash, veg, roasted and Yorkers 16pp
weight watchers cheesecake and ww cream 6pp
D cuppa and 2 tangerines
quite bad as a used my points on a nice dinner don't have breakfast much and was still full at tea time
