I did weightwatchers a while ago. Got down to 10 stone 4. But cause of work comitments didnt get to meetings, met a fella got content n bk to square one =( started on the 1st is my second weigh in this thurs. Today av ate
Toast ww... with nutella 4pp
Prawn salad n marie rose sause 4pp
Snacks were crisps n ww biscuits n cuppa 5pp

D 3 slices of toast 4pp half a tin of spaghetti......4pp?? and 2 poached eggs 6pp

then....I had 1 pancake with nutella so I know my nutella was 4 but dunno bout my pancake. I made small ones...not like shop bought small but not huge ones so any help will be a help. oh also it was thin not thick.

2 x tea 1pp for dry milk x
