Thanks tan I have some ideas for meals its mainly for lunch im restricted but Im thinking of stuff all the time x
You can have low cal bread so egg, meat, fish fillings
Jacket potatoes with beans
Cold pasta with tuna, onions and sweetcorn
Cous Cous with tinned mackerel or chicken
Crumpets
mackerel isn't free tho xx
Oh isn't it? I thought fish in tomato based sauces were free! I never used to point it haha x
