just my job is getting to me. were moving again so that's stressing me waiting to hear about house. then might be homeless for a week and then financial stress argh the list is endless xx

oh I know Craig has a client who wants him 3 times a week so that's a good start and he only qualified yesterday so i need to be patient. eee I know I'm dreading it lol xx
 
im just trying to think of my ins lost rather than weight really but it's hard to get in that mindset xzx

shreddies with skimmed milk

then went out and had a greggs sarnie :$
them big ridge crisps :$

I have had a McDonald's too

and loads of chocolate. .....its totm tomorrow so just really hungry and want choc so had it rather just eat than crave.

I did shoulders and abs today and walked for ages. glutes are massively hurting today eeek dunno how ill get in the bath xx

lol ohh im never givin that up. Craig has his first bootcamp on Sunday so have that little gem to look forward too.!!!

week 2 of programme next I start cardio so should start shifting. dunno whether after totm to start just clean eating as ill be moving so not gonna renew my ww pass?!?! xxx

Do whatever u think u will work best for you. When I trained a lot, I needed to eat much more than I could eat on ww.
 
its not that im eating so much junk coz im hungry. people are saying you can tell you have lost weight. .....since I re joined iv only lost 4 and half coz its up and down and my ins havnt budged so dunno where they looking ans it gets me down to think im putting effort in ans seeing nothing xx

They do day it takes about 8 weeks to notice a change in training. If people can notice already, that's great! We never see it on ourselves! X
