If I didnt know the pp plan I would be confused about that too lol.really. ..oh wow haha basically you have a list bit like the sf food. buy you have a healthy extra b choice and a healthy extra a choice which you have to have a day and you get a syn allowance of 15 a day. .....its hard yo get your head in but iv done it before and I lost 2 and half stone on it. when I make a new diary please subscribe to it ill miss you my little nl friend haha xx
Ohhh I can see why we dont have it here. Us Dutch cant go without our mayo. Limit the mayo and youre in trouuuuvle. Hahasyns are treats haha or sauces things like that. Looking forward to it now xxx

morning so Today is day 1 I had an Indians last night and not the best day so day 1 fresh start.
weighed in at 10.9lb so not too bad thought i would of tipped 11 again.
so not planned for the day but ill try and plan as I go.
Breakfast toast 2pp, beans 2pp, bacon 1pp, 2pp. total 7pp
lunch not sure might get a subway salad.
I fancy a cottage pie and veg for tea
