hiya all thanks for the messages, its just really tough at the mo, im eating clean and healthy and im getting into a new routine being back home, Yea craig is really supportive and he is a personal trainer but odd as it sounds i dont want his help coz it confuses things in our relationship as ill not do as im told coz im not paying for the service......if that makes sense.
so today i had a word with him and said what do ya think i should do......ww works well for me but i know it too well i cheat loads, slimming world is out the question as i dont have my own kitchen so no way can i make food all the time, shakes hmmmm ill just be starving so i thought how about healthy eating@!?!? lol
so i will have weetabix with skimmed milk / porridge for brecki
salad or soup for lunch
a diet whey protien after the gym
then later on make a healthy meal like chicken and sweet pot.
when im peckish ill snack on fruit.
think this seems reasonable and do-able
