ywa the 26 and I always use my weeklies xx

Same as me with the 26pp then, I haven't used my Weeklies in Week 1 or 2 but there seems to be such mixed reports about them I might give them a go in Week 3! Do you normally use them in one go or spread them across the week? X

I used to use mine by the sat night when I weighed in on the Thursday. iv tried all ways and I find it best for me. its what works for me hun. xx
 
Hi hon welcome back here. Try your best this time around, okay babe? I am sure you can do very well but I do not know if its good to switch diet a lot, I reckon it would work best if you stick to one diet for a long period of time and I KNOW you can do that! Keep it up Xxxx

Working on the that principle with my WI on a Friday I would use them by the end of Sunday, might try that next week. Thanks Sweetie. X

havnt been doing well......my friend is a herbalife consultant and im thinking of that just for pure convenience living with parents I need to be quick in tge kitchen and cooking food for work etc might become a pain so im thinking of trying it xxx

no its shakes for 2 meals and food for 1....in a nut shell lol. I cannot afford it at the min so trying to be good but im just getting more and more depressed. gonna go to the docs this week coZ feeling very low xxx

Hello darling. Come on you, you can do this. You know you can. We all know you can. Sorry your feeling so rubbish at the min. Maybe take some time off and just eat sensibly untill you feel you can cope.

hiya all thanks for the messages, its just really tough at the mo, im eating clean and healthy and im getting into a new routine being back home, Yea craig is really supportive and he is a personal trainer but odd as it sounds i dont want his help coz it confuses things in our relationship as ill not do as im told coz im not paying for the service......if that makes sense.

so today i had a word with him and said what do ya think i should do......ww works well for me but i know it too well i cheat loads, slimming world is out the question as i dont have my own kitchen so no way can i make food all the time, shakes hmmmm ill just be starving so i thought how about healthy eating@!?!? lol

so i will have weetabix with skimmed milk / porridge for brecki

salad or soup for lunch

a diet whey protien after the gym

then later on make a healthy meal like chicken and sweet pot.

when im peckish ill snack on fruit.

think this seems reasonable and do-able

eee what am i like xxx

Yep I agree, good plan. sometimes when u don't be as restrictive it works cos ur not putting too much pressure on urself xxx

Your plan sounds fab, sometimes the more relaxed we are the better we do as we aren't restricted but still conform, the power of the human mind I guess! Good Luck Sweetie, you can do this! X
 
I kno when you follow s plan you tend to cheat more. so healthy eating for me it is xxx
