ProPoints **Saturday Stunners**

Well done all =)

I think I may say goodbye to ww soon, im sick of all my hard work for nothing. Ive been the same weight for almost 3months now, why am I botherin eh? I sts again today .. If anyone has any tips before I jack it all in. id be grateful xxx

:( sorry to hear that hon. Have you upped your exercise lately? If you have you may wanna consider trying to eat some of your AP one week? Like eating them ON the day you do your exercise.
What would you do instead if you decide to stop WW? I'll be a sad panda if you do :(

Netball and a run every few weeks, I suppose I could try eatin aps. I dunno wat ile do, ww is such a fab lifestyle plan.. I feel very sad =( xxx

They eat more hon. if you're being extra athletic you might need those extra pp's. Especially because you're a woman and its so easy for our bodies to go into starvation mode and try and hang on to weight. Sounds like you do a lot of cardio activity, yes? Have you thought of doing some light weights (literally tins of beans weight)... My mum did this when she hit a plateau couple years ago. X

Well, its usually 40mins a week of sprinting and jumping n swooping, last week it was 80mins ....... if i dont do netball twice a week, its also a 40min run ...... ile give it a go Sarah, could do that sitting watchin corrie :rolleyes::p tar xxxxx

Tis true. ;) My mum got to 9st 7 and was stuck (about your height too) and the weights got her down to 9st :eek:

Id honestly feel lost if i did, and id miss the crack with u lot ...... :( ... ile give the weights a go .... do u no how many n how often she did them? xxx
 
She would do reps of 20/30 or so in a few different positions. Make sure and keep your back straight.
Main one is just bring the tins (of ww beans) up toward your chest slowly, hold for couple seconds and sloooowly bring arms back down again (its the slowness that really works the muscle I find). Must look into the different weights positions again... I actually need to do some of this too lol! Xxx

Its always been my tum ... i long for a flat tum but i always have the tyres wen i sit down ... you no wen u see them ppl in bikinis n their tum stays straight wen they sit down, always wanted that ! my arse is kinda sticky out but i kinda like it ... :rolleyes: always had good legs from running, altho its a shame they arent longer ... oh and ive always always wanted more than a handful of boob ... but hey u learn to live with it ! if ur arms are ur only problem area, your doing fab Sarah :cool:
 
Oh they are NOT my only problem area. Just one of them that annoy me! I have tires on tum too babe. My sister has that flat tum with no rolls even when she's sitting... Its really irritating. Sometimes I think its not fair that she seemed to get all the good genes!!

Oooooof! i have many friends who have the flat sitting down tum ..... :mad: and they eat and drink wat they desire !! Grrrrrr !! xxx
 
Its really annoying... I'm on such a downer tonight. Why can't we have flat tums too (yours does look flat in your bikini pics hon, you should see mine :() x
