Ah yea. Had a girls weekend away so lotza food n drink n had a week of eating dinner out unplanbed n hadn shopped for lunches do made lotsa bad choices.. And other reasons that's are tmi!!! :(
Am not put off by it as I kno what caused it so am good to go.. Although iv not shopped again for lunches do will do that during lunch tomoro n b ready

I know yea.. If it was a shock n I hadn't a clue I'd be thinking there's no point.. But I know why so its all good.. Doing good so far today.. Started off better than any day last week so fingers crossed once I've got out shopping i'll be back to it.. Although this weekend is gona be bold too but as long as I'm OK during the week it'll limit the damage lol
Done a WI this morning and have lost 1 of those horrible 3.5lbs already :D

Hiya. Had a good week ta. Ate loads of crap yesterday tho coz birthday celebrations begun n I had a hangover. Had an Indian take away!!!! Ate
More than I cud usually ever manage n poured ALL the sauce on so that alone was prob my dailies and weeklies ha ha
Won't b on plan today either coz itself party day n tomoro's gona b another hangover so won't b on plan either. Will WI in a few mins to recod whatever it says but not hopin for anything

How's the week been for u? X
 
So I gained 2.5lb after my holidays. Well have that off soon!

Not brill. Bin ill, so not been eating enough. And been on nights... Managed to STS on her scales, although on mine I'd lost... Overheard others saying it at the meeting, so hopefully they'll be properly calibrated next week!!

I'm feeling a bit better now, and trying to get back to eating properly... Just cooking sum quorn sausages... Can't go wrong at 1pp each. Never had them before, so hope they're nice!!

Ok so I lost a pound this week. Another 1.5lb to go before I'm back to pre holiday weight I'm back in the 10s again too which I'm happy about :bunnydance: Determined to stay there this time. Aiming for 10st 7 at the mo and will see how I feel when I get there. 3 more weigh ins till Christmas and hoping for 3 more pounds off to bring me to 10st 10.5lb.
Also started the C25k challenge this week and have completed Week 1 so hoping week 2 goes ok. New years resolution will be to be able to jog for 30 mins ;)

2lb gain for me this week.
Am fine with it as there was lotsa champers n eating out last week. And... It's * week :( Joys of being female!!!
Starting simply filling today so will see how that goes for a few weeks. Hav the luvly Claire checkin in on me to make sure I'm pointing where I shud n not pointing when I shudn :)
Good luck to anyone yet to WI and to everyone for the coming week. New week new start...

Well no ones posted here for a while (Christmas lol). I managed to STS over december (I had lost 1.5lb but gained it back lol). So here I come 2012, time to knuckle down and get to goal... Only 7.5lb to go! X
