Hows everyones week going? Are you ready for your weigh in on saturday?!
Ive had a pretty good week but started the week on days off so that was easy enough but then started my nights half way through week which makes it a bit tricky as you are eating all at the wrong times! I suppose only the scales will tell! I will be happy with anything even 1/2 lb!

Hi Loobyloo85.. weeks going good food wise.. Bought myself a slow cooker last weekend so been having yummy low point dinners with that.. No snacking and all healthy eating.. But feeling quite heavy so not sure what WI will bring.. haven't had any sneaky WI's either this week so it will be a total surprise..
Good luck with keep on plan on your night shift.. Dont think i'd be able for WW if I done shift work..

I've had an iffy week. One day where I didn't eat all dailies. Other days where I've snaffled a few weeklies. Still have 31 weeklies left so not too worried yet. Feeling heavy too but hoping for at least a half off!

Ugh, jus got in from a night shift... I've had only 1 weekly PP this week (last nite), n only the 26 dailies the rest of the week. I've even got off ma arse n dun some exercise, so if I haven't lost I'm guna b majorly miffed... Although workin mites is crap cuz it messes ma body up! Suppose what dnt show on the scales this week shud show next week. I'm hopin for 3lb off this week, n according to my scales (I kno I shouldn't weigh at home, but I do) I've lost the 3lb so fingers crossed.
Fingers crossed for everyone else too... Need to pull ma finger out n get bk on this forum good n proper instead of jus poppin by once a week. Lol.

Another 4.5lbs off for me this week so im extremely happy with this. I feel like my target of losing 2 stone by easter could be very achievable.

I weigh in on a saturday morning. Lost 3 last week but that was only in 4 days changed weigh day. Pleased with this.
Looking for another 2.5 per week if possible, have started gym so fingers crossed x
