I got some reduced fat butchers choice sausages from M&S today, does anyone know the syns in these?

I got 2syns each on red and extra easy and 4.5 on green, someone should confirm this though

Just want to share this link Tastee Foods Low Fat Sausages. Farmers Market. the sausages are all 1syn for 100gr,some great flavours for people wanting to try something different. All nutritional info is on the site,I've been using this butcher for years and loving the slimmers sausages

My favourites by far are Tesco Light Choices Cumberland Sausages (1 syn per sausage - EE)

Myself and my OH can't tell the difference from full fat sausages! I'd even say they were nicer!

Quorn sausages are 1 syn each. Not sure on the burgers as there are a few. If u search the syns forum for quorn u will find quorn syns Xx

Syn free sausages

Has any 1 tried the syn free sausages which are called slender choice? My consultant said they are free and on the website they our 1 syn. Im confused

Who makes them? If it says 1 syn online then I would go with that because consultant have (frequently) been known to make mistakes
