Hi thanks for your message! I am doing fine thank you, kind of gave up on my diary though! Have been trying to stick to slimming world but with nausea and wretching every so often I haven't been perfect so just didn't bother writing it down haha! Pregnancy wise all is ok as far as I know. I am feeling generally quite good just tired and nauseas at times. Have an early scan on Thursday which is so nerve wracking but exciting, just wishing the next 3 days away! Hope you're ok too!
 
You know what I wouldn't worry at all about the diet your going to gain weight anyway . It's more after baby is here you will have to watch as the picking things when get chance easily leads to weigh gain. Like you say with feeling nausea you don't always want food , you will prob find little and often better I know I did.

Aww how exciting how many weeks are you now then is it 6 weeks you can get early one i forgot. I went a few days before my 12 week scan felt like waiting forever. Hope this week goes super quick and good luck for Thursday sure the little bungle will be just perfect and growing nicely :)
 
I am 7+1 weeks today! So scan is 7+5. Yeah trying not to worry just want to limit the damage! Most likely I'll stick to plan during the week and then relax at the weekends!
 
Ye sounds like a plan remember baby will be taking all your goodness anyway lol . Wow nearly 8 weeks that's gone fast. I was the same wishing the weeks away. You will have to post a pic of your scan be lovely to see. I understand tho if you don't want to a lot of weirdos online isn't there .
 
Sorry I keep forgetting to update! All well, tiny baby with a tiny little heartbeat! Measuring a few days behind but no one seems worried so I am trying to be positive! Just got to stay healthy and look after myself now! Thank you for asking!

So I am back in the slimming world wagon. Sadly my pregnancy was not to be this time, had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Incredibly sad but just need to get healthy and start again. I have not lost hope!
