Sawyer - To Pregnancy and Beyond!

Well done on the loss Sawyer. I start IVF with meds on next cycle. I am trying to avoid what the side effects are otherwise I will convince myself I have them before I get them if it makes sense!
Due to my endometriosis, my ancient age (38 now) and only one battling ovary it was straight to ivf. Hope your fertility drugs get you some success x

Oh wishing you all the best! I've been on clomid for the first time this week which has been a pretty rubbish experience! Mood swings and tears a plenty! Very overwhelming! But fingers crossed for us both!
 
January 11th 2017 - WEDNESDAY - off

Today has been a bad day. Anxiety and insomnia from my meds! Not good.

Was up having a snack at 2.30am because I couldn't sleep. I'll write down what I had but not counting syns or anything.

BREAKFAST at 2.30am

  • Muesli with milk
  • Slice of wholemeal bread with peanut butter and ham
  • 2x after eights
Still didn't sleep at all. Got up at 7am again

2nd BREAKFAST at 8am

  • Sprinkling of cheese on 2 wholemeal bread with ketchup
  • Cheese and onion Squares
LUNCH at 12pm
  • 2x chickens drumsticks
  • Quavers
Had a nap from 1pm to 3.30pm.

DINNER at 7pm

  • Roast beef
  • Roast potato cubes
  • Roast parsnips and carrots
  • Cabbage and mange tout
  • Gravy
Needed a project to keep my awake so made a roast which I was meant to do sunday but was feeling ill! It was lovely! And mainly SW friendly!

DESSERT

  • Cookie
Also had about 30 million cups of tea. Feeling so tried and drained, anxious and just in a bit of a mess. Last day of meds tomorrow so fingers crossed this all settles down!
 
January 12th 2017 - THURSDAY- off sick

A little better, but glad I took another day off. Still not sleeping!

Managed to drag myself out to Asda. Felt a little bit brighter after.

Feeling a little better again, weird dreams and woke up early but that's ok. I was asleep by 9.30! And that was with 20 min nap on the sofa at 7.30pm!

Got out for a good long walk this morning, and ended at a wee cafe for a treat!

  • Slice of chocolate cake and tea
No idea on syns but it was after a good long walk with steep hills so definitely burnt off a lot! It was delicious!

Today is going to be a bad SW day. Got a baby shower this afternoon then going to my pals for dinner. She's making fajitas but I'm taking lettuce leaves to use instead of wraps for a bit of damage control!

January 21st 2017 - SATURDAY - off

Quick stop at ASDA on my way home. Picked up some dry mango to share with hubby. Not counting syns. Only 50 cal worth.
