I like doing stuff like that on my own, hate waiting around for others! I'm just attempting the packing which is more like throw it in and hope for the best!!! X

Well I haven't really been on here the past few days. No reason really other than I've been busy.
Yesterday we had to take James to the hospital for an injection. We were there for ages! Got in at about 1 I thought I'd have a big meal then so that when I came back from the gym I didn't need to eat much.

So last night I went to body sculpt bWas fine while I was there it didn't hurt. Got through the entire thing until we got to abs I can not do sit ups my body just won't do it! She must have thought I was nuts. Lol.

I'm going to kettle bells then to Zumba tonight.
There's a new chicken restaurant down Cardiff bay so me and my friend Jon. I had chicken breast chips and onion rings. It was 9 for the chips 7 for the chicken and 9 for the onion rings. I didn't eat all the onion rings so I pointed them at 6. Yum. I'm still at my friends but will be going straight to kettle bells from his. Joy!

It was lush. Like Nandos but cheaper.

James is fine he just has it once a year to strengthen his bones :)

Ive never been to Nandos, i never realised till recently that they did veggie food! X

Well you'd think that but not even remotely as much as Zumba and I sweated sososo much more lol. Only 8 earned today.

You should go. I am a massive Nandos fan. And as far as eating out goes you could do a lot worse.

I guess it's good to vary the exercise even if you don't earn as much AP! I might try it when some friends want to eat out although I think ill be glad to not eat out once Ive finished this week! X
 
Hello everyone!
I am on minimins on a computer for the first time..

So its the first time I can see peoples signatures! I think I might have to make my own now! lol

Well as some of you will know I weigh in on a Wednesday morning. Since joining my Weight Watchers meeting I have no put on weight once!
When I was doing it at home I was losing 4lb then putting on 2lb the next week.

However, Yesterday i went to meeting and had the shock of my life I had put on a massive 3.5lb!!!

I wasn't expecting that at all ( I weigh at home most days and had put on1.5-2lb) I didn't have chance to weigh that morning so the 3.5 was a MASSIVE shock for me..

So me being my extremely irrational self though sod it I'm having a week of blah blah blah. I didn't over eat at all yesterday don't get me wrong i had more than I would usually have Instead of only having 2pp worth of crisps I had 5pp worth and i had peanut butter on crackers and chicken and a cheese toastie for dinner.. however consequently I could't eat all of my usual toastie. Any way I only went over by 8pp which was 2 activity points and 6 weeklies. So in reality my being naughty wasn't that bad!!
Any way the purpose of this post was to say that I got on the scales this morning and I've lost all the 3.5lb i put on this week and am at exactly the weight I was the week before.. So I'd like to apologize to Weight Watchers for doubting it. It must have just been water in my muscles from all the exercise I've been doing. (I;m no longer aching today) and I've lost all 3.5 lb!

Whoop whoop back to normal today!


On another note I have an appointment with a personal trainer later. My first session is free so thats good. I'm going to see what she says then maybe have one a month or something? I wouldn't have more than that as she's £30 a session so NO WAY am I paying that every week! Anyone had a personal trainer befor that can give me some advice?

Hey Hun I had a personal trainer two years ago, I he came to the house and we went running and circuits twice a week, he really beat me up like I'd come in drenched in sweat I can positively say I have never ever felt so good as I did then! Best £30 a week I paid. Now with Sophie so young I couldn't do it but as soon as she is up a bit I will definitely get another one. I only lost about half a stone though but I lost inches and inches everywhere! No fat back and my huge belly was way down. I hadn't run since high school and even that used to be a half hearted jog only if the teacher was watching lol! Cx

Thanks girls I was thinking about one a week or one every 2 weeks. The one I met today was a woman I thought I'd do better with a girl because I'd feel self conscious with a guy.

I need a bit of a push to make me work out more. :) she said shed help me with swimming too :)

I'm just trying to come to terms with the £30 a session thing lol. Xxx

I guess it seems a lot when u compare it to a monthly gym membership but it is one to one and there isn't really a price for good health? It could really help u in the long run with your health :) x
