Good to see you back, sounds like you've still been in control which is great! How's life treating you??
I have been okay I had 2 weeks of very little tracking and I out on 2.5lb. But I lost that plus 1.5 more last week. Life if good. I've been volunteering in a school 3 days a week for he past month so looking forward to starting paid agency work soon exciting also started working 2 days a week in a welsh cake shop. That's fun. But I have to stop myself eating them lol. How's you?
That's defo the tricky part, not eating the cake! Great news about the job & your volunteering, it's a brilliant thing to do & you learn new skills! Better than the pub too I bet, but are you getting as many steps in?! That's great that you're still losing, I leave minimins & I just gain gain gain!!! I'm doing TDEE now as I find 'diets' too restrictive, so I'm on 1800 calories a day & apparently can still lose, just more slowly. I've just joined the gym so hoping that counts!!!
