I have no idea what that is lol. I always make sure I eat my veg first on my Sunday dinner so I can't make excuses why I can't eat it lol

Ha ha ha! Have u always been the same? Bubble and Squeak is basically Leftover Potato/Veg mashed together and fried, surely you must of heard of it?!? X

I heard of it but didn't know what it was.

I just had a chicken and stuffing sandwich. Yum.

Mum made a vanilla Victoria sponge. I don't usually like jam but this was nice. I had about 1/9 of the cake so going by the fudge cake we usually have which is probably more it's about 9pp plus 2pp worth of light carte dor ice cream. Yum yum.

Gone over by 6 pp today but I have earned 21 activity points so I don't care

23/59 activity points eaten and I will earn 20 at least on Tuesday and about 5 tomorrow.
Plus I don't tend to go over my points in a Monday and Tuesday as I weigh on a Wednesday :). Whoop whoop
 
Oh I love Victoria sponge, and chocolate sponge, lemon sponge, ginger sponge.....!

I like chocolate cake the best I don't really eat others apart from today lol. I really wanted cake :p

Haha thank you. I'm getting back into the swing of things no thankfully. I want another stone off by Xmas and I'll be happy. Lol

I never use weeklies. I only even use activity points. If I don't earn them I don't eat them.
Luckily I earn from 50-100 activity points a week. Not that I do eat them all mind lol. X

Oooooo I never noticed that in your Diary before! I'm the opposite, have never used AP but use my Weeklies instead! X PS-It's good to see you back 'in the zone' x

I didn't use either of them really when I kept a food diary before as I'm not the type of person who can to eat more and still lose weight. But now as long as it's before Sunday I'll use a few activity points. Like I said I prefer to have earned them before I eat them.
That is some amount of AP to earn in a week, go you, id be luck if i earned a quarter of that :)
I do a lot of exercise now at least 5 times a week (gym or class) and at least 4 swims a week :) I try not to use over 30 activity points if I can but sometimes it's unavoidable. Plus if I want something I'm not going to deprive myself when I work so hard all week lol

Umm to be honest the reason I started to exercise so much was because I left a very active job so I thought that in order to keep my weight loss up I had to find another activity.

It was a mix of things really. I bought myself some new gym wear because I thought that would make me want to go more ( which it did ).

I was always really afraid of going to classes on my own. But once I'd been to one I found it easier to go to more. I have found a class that I love with a fantastic instructor that supports me not only in the class but in the gym too.

I am really lucky to be honest to have the support because if I had gone to a different kettlebells class with a different instructor I probably wouldn't of stuck to it the way I have now.

It's seeing a difference in your ability and fitness that makes you keep going. It's addictive :p
