we do need a replacement for jan challenge... thinking something alont the lines of new year new month but its a) not catchy lol b) toooo long... or we could just say "jan 100%" lol lol.. my mind is at a blank too many wkds at the moment ;-)

Well its not a Ho Ho Ho from me today...I went 178 calories over
but I really couldn't give a hoot, its the first time i've been over since I started. I am absolutely bloomin stuffed! back on track tomorrow I think.
