Hey everyone thanks for your kind replies. I've never got to goal in the past so it means so much. Also bought a dress in a size 10 this weekend and even still it was a bit loose; I know it's just vanity sizing and is probably a bigger size 10, but it means so much considering I was fitting into size 18 back in June.
Started 1200 on Friday and have gone up to 10.8; not really bothered as I know it’s just the introduction of more carbs and will balance out.
Here have been my menus:
Friday 15th January 2010
Breakfast
40g muesli and milk from allowance
Cup of tea
Lunch
Crumpet
135g beans
Scrambled egg (no oil/fat)
Dinner
Prawn stir fry and rice (recipe taken from book)
Snack
80g grapes
1 apple
2 CD packs
Drinks
3 litres of water, squash, zero 7 up, rest of milk allowance.

Not much variation, but will be having pita bread with tuna for lunch tomorrow, as I’m at university. Really loving the Quorn burgers, as they’re so quick and easy to make, as well as being tasty. Not being a vegetarian, I never would have thought of trying them, but will definitely try them again once I get to maintenance as I enjoy them.
Really love muesli too, as I never tried it before until CD. It's funny how our tastes change because I hate raisins and sultanas before CD and now I'm so glad they're in my muesli.
