Ok totted up my syns from last night and totalled 20.5 so got 4 for today. That's perfect
Today's plan- red day
Breakfast- Sausage and tomato sandwich with 1bgty sausage (0.5 syn) bread hexb1 and an apple. Coffee with milk from 1/2hexa1
Lunch - 2 ryvita (hexb2) with 1/2hexa1 low low spread, cucumber and ham
Dinner- melt in the middle burgers using hexa2 with salad and butternut squash wedges
Jumped on the scales this morning (naughty!) and I'm 1lb down since Friday, hope it continues in that direction!
Lovely day here so think I'll wash the car and give it some love with a polish. hope you've got sunshine to enjoy today! Xx
