Hi everyone, had a fab weekend on the boat, missing it lots as was so much fun! Was very off plan though but I couldn't really demand certain foods to buy from the kitty when there's 7 others not doing sw. I did get fruit and was snacking on that but meals went a bit off.
Back to it today (as best as I can!) but as we were away for fathers day we have been invited to mikes parents for dinner. rest of the day will be 100% and hope that dinner is help yourself so I can load up the veg and salad. No idea what we are having but it's usually fairly easy to negotiate at their house.
3 weeks friday is my birthday night out and hoping to be able to treat myself to a new dress and hairdo from my first new pay pack. Want to be feeling comfortable and back on my way down as I can def feel the couple of pounds that have clearly gone back on although I haven't faced the scales yet.
Goal is to be 100% between now and then, saving syns for my big planned things 5th July is robbie concert, 6th July is rolling Stones which is a 1 day festival. You can take your own food so I should be able to sort something for that easily. Will save syns for alcohol.
Today's food-
Breakfast, plum, satsuma, 1/2 hexb ryvita with 1laughing cow light triangle (1syn) and cucumber. Bit of an odd breakfast but it was what I fancied!
Lunch- leftover lasagne. Worked out the syns etc when I made it last night and its 1/2 hex a for the milk and cheese (1/4 each) and 1 syn for cornflour.
Dinner as I said I'm not sure what we are having. Will report back later x
