I think we are all the same Jan, I could easily go and get a bag of cheese and onion crisps out the cupboard now, but I know I wouldnt stop at one - thats my problem.

Jan, they are absolutly spanking roasted with some seasoning!!! I might do some over the weekend but then again, i know i will eat the whole flippin tin! .... what are we like hey?!!!

I still haven't made them yet either.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better Iris. Whatever it is that you are eating that is not good, perhaps you could try having lots of healthy snacks around, that wouldnt make such an impact on weight? Just a thought chick.

AHHHH...I found a photo today that I keep in the office that I had forgotten about!
Was taken when I was 25 and when I travelled around Canada and unfortunately where I met my first hubby!!! haha...

It was taken just after I had lost 4 and a half stone back then and I was around 10 and a half stone in this! Long curly hair, that is pulled back..couldnt do that now!! haha....

It was in Banff, Canada! What lovely memories I have of that place

This is where I would like to be again..didnt have any ED then!...mmmm

What an AMAZING view! I honeymooned in Canada. We travelled up & down the east coast for 18days, it was amazing! Such a 'clean' country!

I loved Canada Caroline and would love to go back! It was the best time ever, and have some lovely lovely memories...where did you go to?

I flew into Toronto,,then took the Greyhound bus to Calgary..think it took just under 2 days...then went to Banff, Rockies, Then back to Calgary, then other places I cant remember, then to Orange County in Toronto...WONDERFUL!!!

Yes, I have always looked younger..thankfully..it comes in handy nowadays..yet, actually, when I was in my teens I looked older..strange!!

Iris, you are having a tough time but you also seem to be fighting it rather than languishing so I think that is a powerfully positive step for you. I am shocked at the cost of private therapy in the Priory. That said as the NHS can't help maybe the Priory is worth a shot.
I love the photo in Banff. You look lovely in it and I wore those bumbags too!!! I spent a summer(almost 25 yrs ago now) in Canada, travelling from Vancouver across the Rockies/praries and was through Banff into Calgary onto Edmonton. Definitely a fab country and wonderful people and I would also love to go back sometime.
Hope your weekend of hard work on the allotment and with the beehive keeps you in good form. Thinking positive thoughts for you, pet

Thanks...I dont want to be negative as I know there is more to life....I am not happy with where i am at, but on the other hand I have A LOT to be thankful for...so just trying to bumble along.!
WaW...I think you did the same as me!! Vancouver, Calgary, Rockies, Edmonton..loved it there..the shopping centre with the submarines, etc...amazing....Went to Prairies too, now that was something else....it is amazing when people say you feel you are going to fall off the edge of the world..it feels like that, eh..just so flat and go on for miles and miles and miles...must try and find some of my Canada photos and scan them in!!!!!!
I had a job interview whilst in Vancouver as I was thinking about working with an organisation helping prostitutes...but I just didnt think it was the right job for me. But so wanted to live in Canada!!!!
Josh, feels like an age since i was there now, yet on the other hand, doesnt feel like almost 20 years ago..oh, my word..I AM GETTING OLD! HAHA

Saturday
Woke up in absolute pain in my neck today...and have had to live on pain killers today, but didnt stop me getting out in the allotment!! haha..

We did so much today! Amazed at what the both of us achieved...and did over 16000 miles..have been doing well over 10000 each day, so did so much more today!

Off to the beekeepers meeting tomorrow..first social we will be going to, so looking forward to this.

Meant to go and do food shopping but not managed, but I do intend to start getting back on track on Monday, as I am fed up with eating now, which is a good thing )))
