Well iv been for my weigh in and im very pleased to report iv lost....
12lbs
Awh im so happy this will keep me goin till next week without a doubt

it's taken me since december the 4th so about 14 weeks - not long in the scheme of things although at the same time an eternity lol!!

I bet its all been worth it tho, no matter how long it felt!
Did you ever feel like giving up or just got fed up with it 14weeks of just shakes is a long time, but i suppose thats no lenght of time outta your life if its gonna make you slim and happy!

If i have a bad day i just think about all the fitted clothes im gonna buy at the end of this
