Hi All
Donzy great you had a chance to have a play, Alex found that clip and it is a good one - looks like hard work tho lol
Eatwell hope you had a great holiday, and look forward to hearing your progress whan you get back
Hollie fantastic using your 5, and off to spin class as well, so motivated good for you - work thru those aches
Pretika please dont worry, as has been said cardio is the more challenging workout in mosts opinion, it could be you were having a slightly off day. The bells will challenge you and it may be that you need a light snack to see you through. I generally do mine after work, and found that if I had a busy day with little time to eat i couldnt work out properly. Keep going, you may never have this problem again, but if you are struggling first thing in the morning it could be due to lack of energy as having an empty stomach. Pause and take a minute if needed, do fewer reps, Sweet is right that form over quantity will be better than trying to keep up the reps - you will get there very soon, I hope to hear your feeling better about it tomorrow
Claire - you personal postie thats great
just hope he doesnt get lumbered delivering bells lol fingers crossed he has a parcel for you today
Chick just think of what that butt is going to be like when your done
Not too many squats in core
Cleo good advice, it is good if you can drop down weight on some of the exercises especially when starting out, I can guarantee that it will only take a few sessions and you will be using your heavy for all of them
alex - what have you done to your foot - please dont drop the bell on it lol
Shazz I feel like my fledglings are ready to leave the nest
starting week 6 wow, going to be looking forward to your review of the programme
Sweet - naughty lol using your 5 on a poorly shoulder but good for you for giving it a go. Its great to hear your going to keep it up and thinking of using a 7.5 to start again with, thats great and will get you more results
I have tried the renegade rows but didnt feel confident as felt it was going to roll. I have tried it with laying the bell on its side, so the handle is on the floor, and this seemed to give it more stability. if you want to keep doing them and you have dumbbells you can just use them for that particular move, especially if it feels more comfortable - hark at you doing renegades show off lol
Hi Gettingfit, keeping that thigh looked after I hope
It is a great programme, keeps changing every time and throwing new moves in to kep it fun, good luck with tomorrows session, and hope to have you back swinging next week
I am tucking into a bowl of homemade soup as off to class tonight its going to be sooo hot, hopefully only a small class so we can coerce the instructor to back down on cardio lol
