I think you will struggle but cope and really challenge yourself with a 7.5 but that's nearly double and I went from my 4.5 to 8 - but not for long quickly went and got a 6 but I was a lot more overweight, and older and didnt take a minute to consider the benefits if i just persevered. You can go to a 6 and that will feel tough and like starting again at first lol it is nice to have a variety of weights as you progress
