Secret to shaping up

Kron, had to have a wee sit down for 10 minutes between the two lol and had to keep pausing in cardio - they do some of the moves so quickly I just couldn't keep up!!! But hey I did them so that's the main thing :)

I probably burned off one mouthful of that blasted muffin lol

Quick question for you guys, we all know Kettleworx is great for inch loss( and we have the results to prove it) but just wondering has anyone noticed an improvement in the dreaded cellulite??! I have it on my thighs and butt and even above knee but have noticed a reduction in the past few weeks! ( not saying it's gone completely, and doubt it ever will but i'd say it defo getting better!) Has anyone found this?

Ooh I'd love it to get rid of the dimples on my thighs! I don't mind the SIZE of my thighs much but they just look soooo wobbly and uneven! Hope Kettleworx will sort em out! xx
 
Evening All - glad everyone's been having a productive day. But 2 sessions in a day - really??!! Bonkers!

Looking forward to starting wk4 tomorrow - although always with some nerves as its Cardio! Very pleased with today's WI - another 2lbs off. Hubbie also lost the same and is now strutting around with a Toblerone. If he doesn't hurry up and eat it, I'm going to shove it up his jacksey! :)
 
Ouch Sue, that does sound painful lol hope for his sake he eats it soon!!!!

I know it was defo bonkers but i'd been sooo lazy during the week and just wanted to be done with week 5 :D I am seriously gonna suffer tomorrow!

Oh and BIG congrats on your loss Sue! The scales seem to be moving for us all again!
 
Oh Sue I know what you mean, I've completed week one now so, unless I fit in a Fat Burn or Abs workout too on Monday/Tuesday, then I have to start Cardio again :eek: it will be the death of me! xx
 
Thanks Chick & Bugs. We're all doing really well at the moment. Lots of motivation and it always helps when the scales move down a bit, eh!
 
Sue great to hear you had a 2lb loss :) and hope the toblerone disappeared in the right orifice lol

Chick my cellulite has reduced, I had dimples all over lol
I think with SW being a low fat eating plan and possibly increased water due to exercise it all helps :)

I had a great time hill walking. This year I have been at my fittest ever.

I have written several routines down in a book and use a kettlebell timer app on my phone so I know when to rest and do the next set of reps. All of your comments about the particular moves are really helpful as I research them and then have a go. I am trying to create different a series of diff workouts so I don't get bored. I have been impressed at how dedicated everyone is.
 
eatwell - your either up really early or going to bed really late heehee. Great to hear you feel the fittest you have ever been, you would need to be wandering up and down hills!
If you want to post your routines or want further suggestions just let me know. I am sure I have seen kb apps on my trawl around google, so if I come across any, will post in case they are of interest to anyone

Well I was going to do week 4 cardio today but I think I will leave it until tomorrow. Still not feeling amazing and hopefully the evil period of doom will disappear by tomorrow so I wont be as bloated and UGH feeling :)

Got some really poo news. Our holiday has been cancelled :cry: The lodge we were going to be staying in has sprung a leak and the roof needs repaired. It won't be finished in time for the week we had booked so no holiday for us :( *sniff sniff* That was my motivation for the time being, so I'm going to have to think of something else now to spurr me on when lazyitus hits.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! hubby's back to work today (boo) but at least it's sunny so I think I'll chuck the kids out in the garden and try to tidy up in peace :)

That is bad news, will you be able to find somewhere else to go as a last minute deal? How long does it take to fix a roof, you would have thought that could be done quite quickly to protect the property and keep it open for customers.

Sorry to hear about your holiday. Like Kron suggests, perhaps a late deal can be found somewhere else.

I did my post earlier as I had woken up. I hate it when that happens as it takes ages to go back to sleep.

Because it's in the English October Holidays (ours are different up here) everywhere is fully booked. If not already booked it costs more than double what we were going to pay for the other place. :( We wanted self catering as 1 hotel room with 3 kids would not be a holiday at all :giggle:
 
Will you be able to plan some day trips? I would be devastated if my hols were cancelled.

Eatwell dont worry about getting the names exactly right, I have come across a few different names for the same exercise

Aww that's crap news Piggy. I shall keep my ear to the ground as quite a few holiday lets around this neck of the woods - Easter/Wester Ross. Have you tried the Scottish Country Cottages website - they're normally pretty good at customer service and might be able to tell you straight away what they have to see if there's anything suitable. Gutted for you, chick. xxx
 
Wk4 Cardio. Jeez - 4 kettlebell holds in the workout :eek:. I ended up face down on the mat at the end of both sets. Still sweating now and I finished 15 mins ago. Nurse ... ! :giveup:
