Hello all!
After seeing Ms R start the Tuesday Weigh In Club thread and others following suit, I thought I would start a challenge thread like the ones which were on the old Lipotrim forum I used to use. I think all of these different threads should help to motivate people and get us all chatting more.
September CHALLENGE!
The challenge will start from the first Monday in September and last for four weeks. (Monday 3rd - Sunday 30th). This gives everyone the chance to have four weigh-ins.
Everyone is welcome to join in (no matter what day you weigh).
It's not a competition - it's just to challenge ourselves.
How it works:
We will all pledge an amount of pounds that we aim to lose over the four weigh-ins and see if we meet our targets by the end of September.
I'll update this first post with everyone's pledges and losses as we go along.
