I don't know if it helps or not, but when I went through a really rough patch in my past, I actually found that exercise helped me deal with it a lot better. I used to walk for hours, as fast as I could and it helped no end. I'm now fitter so I run and it only takes me half an hour to 40 minutes to do my 5km. Even just a few minutes could really help you get some headspace. I was talking to my trainer the other day and mentioned that when one of my good friends died, rather than eating my way through it, I jumped on the treadmill. I must have looked ridiculous, running and crying at the same time but it really did help. Big, big hugs to you.
