My first weigh day tomorrow and I am hoping that I have lost that 5lbs that I dropped a cple of days ago (after a tummy bug) as 5lbs would be a great start... however now I have started eating again you never know. Anyway, what will be will be and I am focusing on sticking to today's plan and getting to tomorrow morning by being 100% today.
The aim is 1100 cals today so;
b/fast- prawn and 2 egg omelette, tomato 180
lunch- fruity chicken salad 380
tea- oven chips, ham, 1 egg, peas 370
snks- 7 brazil nuts, raspberries 170
Total: 1100 cals
Exercise; I have bought a callanetics DVD so I will have a crack at that this afternoon. 30 mins
