Morning all, finally some sun in Surrey and I can catch up on all the laundry! lol what an exciting life...poor o/h was down to his emergency pants this morning.
Had my w/i last night and our "week 3" session. Have lost 7lb this week bringing it to a grand 15lb so far which I'm very chuffed about. I hope that it doesn't taper off too much as big losses are so motivational. I may have to crack my LL pedometer out of its packet and start going for long walks to keep things moving along.
