I lost 3.5lbs this week, which means I have now lost 101lbs this year, have past the 16 and a half stone mark (I'm 16st 5lbs), I've lost over 30% of my starting weight from March.

40 pounds to go - and I SHOULD finish the year under 16st!

I lost 4.4lbs this week - bringing me down to 16st 0.6lbs - with one weigh in left this year, I'll finish the year in 15's unless something goes very wrong! I've lost over 7 and a half stone since I started my weightloss journey in March
