September Starters

Hey there happy shiny people!

How are my September girls (and Andy) this fabulous New Year!?

I have recently. Like in the last 90 seconds or so, discovered a new found optimism. I think my sofa tried to eat it.

Well as I guess you already know I have been a bad Beki over the majority of December. But I am not going to curse myself with another second of craziness. I am back on the road to skinny town and no damn foodstuff/bottle or two of spirits is gonna stop me!

I have decided food is boring anyway. Yep, totally wasted 27 years of my life *****ing about this whole hunger thing. It's overated. No inclination to eat now at all.

Well hope to catch up with you all cus I cant wait to see all your before/during/after piccies to come.

I do see you a lot on other threads LS. But it's nice to see you here too!

I wonder that myself. Looking at how many there were back at the start of September and how many there are now! I am quite proud to still be here now!

hey beks and ls
i'm seem to have become a bit of a lurker of late but am still around!!
got my first sort of developers tonight, am going to an rtm class as my llc doesnt have any other developers at the mo. i dont mind as i will mean will be with my old group members (well all 3 of us!!).
its weird now the end is in sight (my llc recommends 3 more weeks after this as my lossses are consistantly high she thinks i will continue to loose well into rtm) i'm finding it much tougher am thinking about food more and feeling a little apprehensive!

Nice that you could stay with your group. I miss my group terribly! My new (developers) group isn't the same. Although I am hoping that next week one of my fellow foundation group members will return. She was not well last week.

I felt a little like an outsider :( well I suppose I was really. Being the new girl and all!

hey everyone :) im still ere to even though cause oh at home i cant get on as often, hes hogging the comp!!

i had wi no 4 for rtm today and i lost....1lb which imo is good cause i drank!! woohoo!!

knew it was bound to happen sooner or later only lost 1/2lb this week- although w/i was a day early still not much! but i know that i cant get disheartened but when its as hard as it is you know what its like.
i havent bothered with a milk week yet so my llc suggested i try and see if it kick starts my metabolism a bit.
going to have a bath and get some more water in me

Don't get down on yourself hun. Your body probably needed a rest from all of those big weight losses.
And remember that it is still a loss. May not be as much as you would have liked, but it has still come off!

hey thanks beks and ls
i have woken up today even move motivated, i think i have been a little lax with the old water- it is hard to drink when its soooooooo cold!! but am going to make far more of an effort this week. am trying to remember that i need to look after my body a bit more and milk week should only help it in the long term and if i have another low loss next week in the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter. my ll journey is about more than just weight loss i am trying to learn to treat myself in the manner that i deserve.

Lost 4lbs this week, meaning I've now lost 8st, including what I lost before starting LL. I'm down to 15st 8lbs, so with any luck only 3 weeks away from the "14's".

Yes not too bad at all, I am just eating properly and small amounts it's amazing how much I can't eat now...
