I'd like to be a honker and a hooter, really need to stay away from the scales if anything it will make weigh in day more exciting and stop any mid week cheating
I will really try....but I seem to be obsessed with them...may just get rid of them altogether and go to boots once a week....good luck everyone else tho x
Just bumped the 'hoot if you haven't jumped on the scales today' thread, that we started a while back, for those of us trying to wean off daily weighing!
Ok, when it comes to the scales I must admit that I really have had a major relapse and have been as compulsive as ever in my morning weighing!! I do want to break the habit and am gonna give hooting another go.
