Day 8 Relaunch!
Had a quite a good day,went shopping with my mother in-law who treated me a lovely blue summer per una dress from M&S,reduced from £65 to £25 right bargain in a size 10.The assistant said that I looked outstanding in it(made my day!),she also said it was the dress twiggy advertises in the M&S commercial yay!What a lovely anniversary present,plus had some money of o/h.
Also made a lovely Dinner for my hubby and me of peppered steak with salad was delish!!

Start of maintaining!
Adding same as yesterday
Breakfast: s/berry shake
Mid morning: banana
Lunch: bar
Mid afternoon: small pkt cashew nuts
Dinner: peppered steak with salad & spoon lite coleslaw
Followed by fromage frais
2 litres water
Exercise
4 hours retail therapy!!
