Thanks Loopy, she has had dementia for 3 years, so its a shock and so sad, but i am glad she is with my grandad now and at peace xxxx
 
So sorry for your loss Beth. My mil had dementia too, a horrible disease that robs you of the person long before they go. I don't believe that our loved ones ever leave us because they are always with us in our heart. x

Weigh day....and the results are in............(long pause)...................ive lost 2 pounds! Considering the couple of meals i had, i think it shows i continued to come back to the shakes and i am proud of that! and i am in the 18's!! I think its going to be a bumpy ride, but just got to make sure i come back to it every time i slip, other wise its a slippery path back to fatdom, and i only purchased a one way ticket to slimdom! Also it appears an upset tummy is just my bodys way at the start of this diet, as had it again yesterday!

Hi Beth I think you have done really well to lose 2lbs considering your pizza etc. Congratulations on the new stone zone too! Doesn't it feel great when you get a new big number. I think you have done fantastic to have started at 20 something 2 weeks ago and be 18 something today x

I have always found that when I was approaching a stone zone that my weight loss slows down and that 1lb. between stones takes days to come off!

As as you already know I am a scale hopper, I can't help it! I get weighed every morning diet or not after I have been to the bathroom. I was 14.0 on Monday and it has taken until this morning to lose that 1lb that takes me to 13.13! I'm having less that 650 calories a day, how can I not have lost any weight in 4 days! grrr x

For England! I've got until Monday for my weigh in so I'm hoping that having got through the stone zone -yay!- that the weight will drop like a stone (excuse the pun), to the next stone zone. That's how it always went with LL. Strange I hear you say lol x
 
we all work differently, and at least you have past experience to go by! xx
